Manik and the team worked very hard on my case and won what was quite a difficult case for me at tribunal. communication and speed of getting work done are generally not strong points for many solicitors. however, crystal law kept me informed throughout and every deadline was met. meanwhile, i barely had to do anything (literally just sign a couple of documents, send photocopies of supporting evidence and turn up at court on the day). all appointments were able to be done over the phone for me due to distance and difficulties with travelling, and was able to get initial consultation on the same day i enquired. no hidden costs as everything is fixed prices. what was a nightmare at the time became plain sailing. thanks manik and the crystal law team for taking a lot of stress out a stressful situation and getting me the money i was legally entitled too.
