We have used rich&carr twice now, both times working with rubina. once was to sell a piece of land and once to buy a piece of land. honestly, i could not ask for better work. rubina made everything easy and straightforward. she kept us up to date on everything, gave clear instructions when she needed things from us and gave prompt answers to any queries that we had about the entire process. we received regular emails so we always knew that everything was ticking along without any unnecessary delays, and the entire process happened very quickly - our land purchase completed 8 days sooner than expected! i couldn't ask for a better solicitor, and anytime i need one in the future, i will be sure to go to her.
