Artisan X Wedding Photography

Words can not express the amazing experience we had working with Chris over the last 4 years. We booked him after our first meet at the NEC wedding show in 2019. Since then due to covid we re arranged the date 3 times and location to finally decide on Spain 31/5/23. At every step of the way Chris was with us supporting us encouraging us and been a friend to us! Chris is the best photographer you could ever wish to have (the photos speak for themselves). He blends in with the environment and family so much we forgot he was there, but he was always capturing the moments that will last a life time. Chris made us feel like nothing was to much trouble from start to finish and even now the wedding is over he is sending little photo sneaky peaks and catching up with us while we await the full album in completed in 6-8 weeks time. Honestly I can not recommend Chris and artisan x photography more than saying I would 1 million percent booked him over and over again. You made our wedding PERFECT and we love you for it ♥️

From the moment my mum and I met Chris at the Wedding Show in Birmingham We knew he had to be at our wedding! Chris’ style isn’t the normal everyday wedding photography style, it was our style and I knew that he had to be at our wedding! His enthusiasm for his work, storytelling and our big day was just amazing, that coupled with his amazing pictures we saw that day sealed the deal! The keeping in touch, emails, video calls and face to face meetings before the wedding was exactly what we needed seeing as our wedding was in Thailand. Chris made sure we got many “in-moment”, unplanned pictures that truly showed the love and happiness of our day as well as a couple of event days after our wedding day. He was discreet and very professional even when we tried to force beer and cocktails down him! We would absolutely recommend Chris for your special day, he is worth his weight in gold not to mention the amazing memories captured in photo that we can keep forever. Amazing! Chris has such great energy and put my wife and I at such ease in-front of the camera (which doesn’t come naturally). Chris was very personal throughout the process and great with our dogs! We had a pre-wedding shoot which was a great help! Can’t recommend Artisan X enough!

I’m not at all surprised to be writing a five star review of our experience with Chris as our wedding photographer last week in Zakynthos. I have used Chris for numerous other projects over the last 15 years and it doesn’t take many interactions with him to realise that he is not only an exceptionally talented photographer, but one of the most genuine, charismatic and likeable people you will ever meet. When we decided on a destination wedding, we both knew it had to be Chris, despite the logistics of him having to travel to Greece. Where many photographers would hear the words ‘wedding’ and ‘destination’ and start seeing pound signs, Chris saw an opportunity to expand his already exceptional portfolio and to make 2 people very very happy. So many of our guests commented on how Chris felt like part of the family, but also how thoughtful and unobtrusive he was able to be while taking photos. The photos speak for themselves, there’s a reason he is so in demand, but I cannot stress enough how much he cares, how hard he works, and the additional enjoyment he will add to your event. I’ve only ever really known Chris in a professional capacity, but I can safely say that my wife and I now consider him a friend. Unrivalled eye for artistic detail, the utmost professionalism and an all round top bloke. Just book, before someone else does!!

Chris was great. When looking for a photographer we were drawn to Chris because his photos had such deep vibrant colour and he seemed really chilled out. He brought a great vibe and really listened to what we wanted. The photos we've had so far are absolutely gorgeous, we are both really happy and excited to see the rest.
