Jess and Igor were both brilliant. Jess captured our family and very hyper dog exceptionally well. Our daughters and dogs personalities really shine through and the pictures of them together are beautiful. Igor did our showing and helped us pick our final photos and had a great knowledge of how to display/where to display the photos. He listened to how we each felt about our home and pictures and we came up with a fantastic end product that will suit both myself and husbands individual tastes - which isn’t always easy to do! Thank you both so much!

Jess and Igor were both AMAZING! We won the breed of the month competition and had never done anything like this before with our pup. Jess was the photographer who did our photos and she was brilliant with our dog, who was more nervous than we’d anticipated! And Igor helped me select our images and was thorough with his information and knowledge to ensure we got the best out of our images within our desired budget. I can’t wait for our photos to be ready to display in the home and on my desk at work! Would definitely recommend zigzag and their incredible team.

We recently did a photo shoot with Jess at ZigZag Photography. The session was a lot of fun, in fact it's the first time our daughter has actually enjoyed having her photo taken! Our dog was at the photoshoot too and Jess was very patient while we got him into position got each shot. We are really pleased with the resulting pictures - there were so many good ones, it was hard to choose which ones to get printed! Can't wait to pick up our wall art in a few weeks. We booked ZigZag Photography for our nurseries annual individual photos in July 2023, and we were amazed at the service they offered us. The photos of the children were so lovely, and many of the parents commented on how impressed they were with the photos, and the majority of our parents bought the photos, which hasn't happened with our previous photography company. The parents especially liked the graduation photos. As a Nursery Manager I loved the whole process with the photos, everything was very well organised and easy for the parents to order the photos without any admin work our side. The packages offered were a really good price, and it felt that the parents got a lot for their money. I liked that in the package you had the option of ordering 3 poses together, which photography companies we have used in the past haven't offered. As a Mum (my child also attends my nursery) I absolutely love the photos of my daughter, they are the nicest photos we have of her and all the family wanted a photo too. I will definitely be booking an appointment at the studio so I can get some nice photos of my 6 year old daughter too. Highly recommend to both nurseries and parents! :)

We thought we had just signed up to have some quick photos taken of Harley (our dog) & us. The day came and we met with our photographer Jess…she was really lovely and made us feel at ease straight away and was great with Harley too. The shoot was an hour and a half, but the time went by really quickly, with Jess guiding us through lots of different shots and making sure we were always comfortable. It was a great photo shoot and we were really excited to see how the pictures turned out. Day of the viewing.. we were met by Igor who was very welcoming and told us that we had some beautiful pictures and that we would love them.. We sat down and it was like watching our life story put together through a collection of beautiful photos! It was amazing, Jess you’re not just a photographer you’re an artist! For a stranger to capture the love we have for Harley and each other was breath taking. Both Helen & I sat experiencing this show with tears in our eyes. It was such a great experience and priceless. Thank you for capturing our story and giving us memories to enjoy for many years to come.
