My experience with everyone was excellent. glen, niamh and the main madam. they communicated with me throughout whole process and after even if there was updates to give or any vacancy available am been considered first. they knowledgeable and gave excellent advice there's is issues. i am very much happier at ease and i place full trust in them. i recommend the business, i have seen with a few estate agents in leicester but focus property sales & management is far and far much more better and experience in all. i hereby recommend them to everyone else.

The team at focus were excellent. from the initial meeting, right through to the completion of my property sale, communication was fast, and any questions were quickly dealt with. they made the whole process of selling a house very easy, and i would thoroughly recommend their services! thanks glen, megi and niamh.

The property had been passed down from another property holder that me and other students rented out, so focus had worked on rebuilding and fixing the faults of the property. there were a lot of ups and downs but niamh handled our concerns mainly. she was efficient, hard working and on point. though organisation was lacking a little in other aspects with repairs and problems, she had tried her best and pricing was excellent for what we got. as months went by other management turned a little slow outside of niamh and now with other people within the company. i have had to wait nearly a month and a half for the return on my deposit, and operators on the phone/email aren't too helpful/rush you and it comes across as a little rude. prices were excellent and student friendly, but on the day of moving in, residents still occupied the flat rooms we were supposed to inhabit. again, organisation was lacking. other than that we had been assigned a friendly agent, however i reccomend a different company if you are a student. other problems arise such as the handyman - outside of their organisation but just making a note. he barges in, has walked on me changing, during early hours is heard at extremely loud volumes on the phone. it is worth communicating with him. we had a helpful tour and welcome from the team and costs are reasonable.

Absolutely superb service. the focus team showed amazing attention to detail when marketing our three apartments for rent. glen and miglena really took their time to take well considered photos and videos. as a result, all of the apartments rented out incredibly quickly, with two of them renting out within a couple of days of being advertised. we’d also like to say huge thank you to niamh for being so quick and efficient when answering all of our questions and queries. overall, the service we have received has been outstanding and we look forward to working with you guys again in the future. many thanks webb designs ltd

We have just sold a flat with glen and the team at focus property sales and management. they were always helpful and kept us up to date with the process at all times. i wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone buying or selling a property, they were excellent.
