This was my first renting experience in the UK, and I am happy that I stayed with this agency for the duration of my Bachelor's studies. Had a great two years living in Albion street with Reliance Properties, it feels quite sad to finally move out. I just had Elliot as my property manager for a few months before leaving, but even in that short time he managed to leave a great impression on me. He is particularly very professional, kind and helpful, he answers email and inquiries promptly and politely, and really does his best to help us with the process of moving out. Alex, Niraj and Faiz, also helped me a lot during my very first time moving to ensure easy and quick application process. All team are professionally trained to respond to any inquiries from tenants, during the process of starting a new contract, continuing them, and for any emergency or maintenance issues occur. Highly recommended!
