This 5 star is just to make up for the 2 1* ratings! i noticed both bad ratings were from the parents not the service user them self🙄 everything they need to (guide) them to a better life is put there on a plate in front of them! if they choose not to (eat it) then what can pcp do? tie them up and force feed them the better life? nooo! its a business and service! if they are not ready or dont want it then thats it! come back when you really do (and pay again)
