PROBLEM Tenants having variety of issues with keeping the house warm and free from damp. Also had ceiling collapse in a bedroom due to rainfall getting through dilapidated roof tiles. SOLUTION Full pitched roof tiles replacement, along with repairs to extension flat roof, flashing and some pointing works at the chimney stack. OUTCOME Several people recommended DLT Roofing and I had great experience from my initial call with Dave and Connie, leading up to the work be carried out, throughout the work and the aftercare has been exemplary! The tenants were well looked after, causing minimal disruption and clearing after themselves thoroughly. Full replacement of existing flat roof. Prior to quoting, thorough inspection carried out and numerous existing problems shown to me. After discussion, I stated that I wanted a full replacement and asked about options. I then decided that I wanted a full replacement and upgrade to a warm deck roof. Very efficient in supplying quote and the quote was one of the most comprehensive I can remember receiving. All work fully detailed and listed, as well as all materials to be used. When job was undertaken, team arrived on time and were always polite and efficient. When completing each stage, I was asked to view and next stage was explained.
