Graham was brilliant. he confirmed what we needed for a rental property over the phone and was extremely patient while waiting for the agent to confirm a date with the tenant. he kept us up to date and even changed the day/time at the last minute due to the tenant not being available. he undertook the work very professionally so we would definitely use graham and advance alarms again - thank you very much for a job well done.
