Fosse Taxis

This was ordered for my son to get to work as my car has broke down. the taxi arrived in good time and we were notified that it had been dispatched and then when it arrived. very pleased with service. thankyou.

I had pre-booked a taxi for my parents for an airport pick up that was unfortunately delayed with no notice. the driver and the call handler (sunny) were very understanding and patient considering that it was a busy night and kept in contact with me to resolve the issue. excellent customer service. thank you to everyone involved.

Apologies for the delay in writing my review. 2 weeks or so ago we used fosse taxis to take us and pick up from the tom jones concert. i can't thank you and your staff enough for the service you gave. prompt, courteous, polite and professional. kept in contact with us to let us know that you had arrived both sides of our journey. i would definitely recommend you and when visiting leicester again you will be the first taxi firm to call. all the best. thank you.

Always absolutely brilliant. reliable, nearly always early. lovely personable drivers. very honest, always go to give you change when you are tipping them.

Driver was very helpful and very caring about the dog. the price was very reasonable and i didn't feel like i had been charged any extra for my dog who is a siberian husky so not on the small side. they were also very prompt as it was a bit of an emergency situation. i would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs to travel with a dog.
