Thai Express (Fosse Park Leicester)

First time in a Thai Express .. I love Thai and reviews and my inability to see past the authenticity blocker meant I missed out. The Leicester fosse experience was brilliant. Warning when it says very spicy it means it !! It’s honest with its spice rating so choose accordingly. I love spice and the flavour not taken over .. stir fry basil beef was excellent and flavoursome and decent portion . Try it honestly.. it’s maybe not a Saturday go out for a meal with your wife gig but serves its purpose very well !!!!

I am catering engineer working in Leicester area today and try this restaurant for my quick lunch, i found this is amazing quality and authentic thai food Especially seeing real thai ladies chefs working on the wok and preparing all fresh ingredients I give my double thumb up and well done.

Me and my hubby love Thai food! So we're always on the look out for lovely Thai food. Since this place opened we have been a few times and have always really enjoyed it. We have tried quite a few dishes and have enjoyed them all.. il be honest this express is better than some Thai restaurants I have been to in Leicester! The only thing I will say that was disappointing is that they don't give out free sauces especially with their sides you would assume when ordering something like springrolls they would give it with a sauce but unfortunately u have to pay extra... other Thai places I have been too have always given sauces with certain dishes that need it. The place is in a good location with plenty of free parking and the great thing is that their food is HALAL.

Top place to eat!! Honestly so glad i spotted it & actually decided to go! We ordered the Beef Pad Thaii spicy version which was absolutely pukka!! Accompanied by the coconut rice pudding topped with honey which was soo cooling & refreshing, I'd most definitely go back just for that, we also got the sriracha bites which were scrumptious, everything was spot on...i also purchased the mezze platter from the opposite food place (Fattoush) which went perfectly with the Pad thaii...service was incredible but the only let down was they couldnt provide me with hot water for my 6 month olds baby food which i found abit upsetting, luckily Greggs was opposite & super helpful as always so wasnt too bad i guess...overall a v happy customer, would return to Fosse Park just for their food again Xxx

Great place to eat. Clean, tidy & the staff are attentive. Easy menu, good choice and fast service. We had the chicken pad Thai & chicken pad sew (very spicy flavour) both were very good. The pad sew had big chunks of onion & broccoli. Not enough chicken pieces tho! I counted 5! The pad Thai was lovely, with lots of chicken pieces. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. I do recommend this eatery.
