Fes Mangal

An amazing Turkish restaurant outside of the town area. We came here on a whim and upon reading the reviews decided to try it out. The starters were delicious and the sauces were so tasty we asked for more. The meat was cooked so well and was soft. I had the lamb chops and they're probably the best grilled chops I've ever had, soft succulent and delicious. The rice was buttery and we were all served fresh bread to dip into. Absolutely amazing food. It's cash only so be sure to have some, if not then there is a cash point a short walk away that charges £1.90

If you want to experience Turkish food in a restaurant then Fesmangal this is the place to dine. We travelled from the West Midlands on recommendation and was not disappointed, lovely food, lovely Mezze and a chai 👌🏼well presented and lovely atmosphere with attentive staff 😁👍🏼

First time I've ordered from them. They were recommended to us by a family member and I'm glad I went for it. Had a Family Meal Deal and absolutely loved it. Good quality, all freshly made, very tasty with nice flavours to each dish. In terms of portions, I would say this specific dish feeds 3. To make it enough for 4 it would have to be 2 adults sharing with 2 kids. Only downside, no Amex or PayPal when ordering online.

The food was great and the staff were very friendly and polite. It's a great location, there's not many restaurants around which is surprising. I ordered the Mix Kebab which tasted really nice. The downsides were that the variety could've been better, compared to other Turkish restaurants considering it's similarly priced. And they did not take card payments. The only ATMs that are walking distance charge to use them so it would've been nice if the restaurant took card payments.

We absolutely love coming to Fes Mangal. The best Turkish restaurant we have visited and love visiting. We would travel 1 hour all the time to have the good food. We usually order the family platter which is enough for 4 or 5 people. I will note that, we have been coming here for a long time and the platter portions have gotten smaller since before. The food is lovely and the staff are helpful and amazing also.
