Excellent veterinary practice. however we seem to have missing vet issues. for the first time ever couldn't get to our local vet practice and had to travel an extra 3 miles. a bit concerned as to why no vets were available at local practice? would i recommend any of the vets at both the practices i've visited? i'd say a 100% yes as they look after the welfare of your pet. that's all that matters from a veterinary practice. great,friendly, professional team and group. thanks.

Lots of empathy & support during the last moments with our beloved old dog. however, they did that thing of immediately going in for diagnostic tests & putting a cannula in, with the idea for more tests & treatment.. but that was not what we wanted for our very old & obviously critically ill boy. we simply wanted to release him from his obvious suffering. got there in the end & they were great however, we could have done without their initial interventions for which the bill was £200 more than it needed to be and we were parted from our boy with no clue what was happening, knowing it wouldn’t be what we wanted for him for a hood while & very anxious wait.

Very likeable practice . friendly staff all through. knowledgeable nurses and vet surgeons. sensetive , kind , supportive during loss of my female gsd. sent me lovely card if support. i was touched of this gesture. cost of cremation competitive . ashes returned promptly . i still have another rather nervous male gsd . balloo loves going there. they have vets who are confident with handling big guard dogs . last visit was about ongoing skin problems. on the very first administration of the prescribed meds dog shown clear improvement. less itch/scratch/crying of the nasty dermatitis. thank you for your help guys .

Excellent professional and extremely caring team. they saved our dog, cared for him loved him and nursed him like he was their own. can't thank or praise them enough. they will forever have our gratitude for their compassion and commitment to treating pets.

The best veterinary i have been in many years. people actually care in this place. very skilled and caring vet's, excellent customer service from the beginning till the end. if you want to save your pet definitely go there. zuzia
