Saarang Designer Events

We were due to get married in April 2020 in Wolverhampton and had booked Saarang to design our mandap decor after extensive research and quotes. We had pictured the decor and pitched this to Sheena, she listened to what we want and gave us ideas too. We met with Sheena & Amit at their offices in Leicester, where our trust and confidence in them just grew - they are very humble and went above and beyond what we asked for. Unfortunately the wedding got postponed to November due to Covid. Nothing was difficult for the Saarang team as they supported us through our journey. Just to throw a spanner in the works, days before the wedding, we asked Sheena if they could do our decor for the civil ceremony. Again, Sheena was able to get back to us straight away and take this on too. I did a quick walk through on the day and the decor was exactly how we envisaged! We honestly cannot thank Saarang enough for making our day so special! I visited and spoke with a lot of companies for our wedding and as a bride you just want that comfort that everything will go well on the day. From the second I met with the Saarang team I was totally at ease, and Amit totally understood everything I wanted and even suggested some excellent ideas (as he is a designer himself)! They were so professional and they promised me that they would do our wedding as if it were a family wedding - which was so touching. On the wedding day, the team were there on time and set everything up so quickly and efficiently and my brother sent me a photo of the setup while I was getting ready and it genuinely made me so happy. Amit had also put his own touch on the mandap decorations as a surprise for me and honestly to this day (3 years on), people still ask us where our mandap was from and who did our décor. The reception décor was also outstanding - they had made a flower wall for us from scratch and all of our guests couldn't even recognise the room from the wedding! Jay and I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Saarang for making everything look so effortless and for really making our day! I am so glad me and my husband chose Saraang. They were at our venue the whole day and they did everything for all events (Civil, Indian and Reception) Each event required a different look, they completely transformed the venue and made it look a million dollars. The owner of Saarang is very friendly and will respond to all your emails and texts promptly, which is great when planning such a big day. I have recommended them to all our family and friends, and the venue itself are even telling other couples about the company as they did such a brilliant and professional job. 10/10!!

The best way to describe the service we received from Saarang was easy. We had one face to face meeting where we discussed everything we wanted, with a few e-mails in between for confirmation. Communication was good as they were always on hand for any questions via phone or email. They arrived at the times agreed, to set up everything the way we had arranged and to take it down. The timings of our day were extremely tight and therefore it was very important for us that everything was done on schedule and we appreciate how discrete they were in taking the mandap down while the guests were still present. They offered a simple service that followed through on everything they had agreed, for a very competitive price. Thank you to you all, we would highly recommend their services to anyone planning their special day.
