Hotpod Yoga Leicester

The perfect place to unwind! we came on a sunday night straight after work and honestly it was the best way to forget all the stress of the week. tash was excellent at guiding you through the session and we left feeling calm and relaxed. would highly recommend, the atmosphere, the instructors, the pod itself- 10/10!

I have been a member of hotpod for a few years now and decided it was about time to leave my review. i honestly cannot praise tash, joe and the team enough for the hard work they put into making the pod a safe and welcoming place for everyone. the studio itself is set in a great location with access to parking and lots of other fabulous features. a clean and bright studio with showers and toilet facilities, and we’ve not even entered the pod yet. when you step into the pod, it’s like you can leave all your troubles outside and fully focus on your own personal self care for the next 60 minutes. the heat wraps around your body like a warm hug and the signature scent allows you to fully surrender to the whole experience. when you finally leave the pod you feel ready to take the world on once again. the team at leicester hotpod will go above and beyond to make sure the time you spend with them is worth every second, if you haven’t tried them yet what are you waiting for?

I’ve taken five classes under the introductory trial period and i will definitely be signing up for a membership. the classes are very beginner friendly, with everything really well explained. alternatives are offered for poses that might not be currently achievable or comfortable, so i never felt out of my depth or left behind, even as a complete newbie. all of the instructors i’ve experienced have been welcoming and approachable, and each bring something slightly different to the classes. each class is like a little mental reset, leaving me calm and relaxed. even just the excuse to leave your phone outside and not look at it for an hour does wonders. the pod itself is nice and clean, hygiene is clearly a top priority, and the changing area is practical but also with a nice calm feel.

Hot pod has been an amazing place for over a year. all the staff bring a variety of teaching experiences. the classes test both mentally and physically and are perfect for those who want to develop their self. the owners work hard day in and out and are genuine people. it’s great to feel part of the big hot pod family by staff knowing you by name and always checking in with you on each visit. highly recommend!
