What a great experience! I went in to make an appointment, but was seen straight away. The optician was lovely, really made me feel at ease. Downstairs in the shop I got just the right level of help, not too pushy, and my new glasses arrived in less than a week. Perfect A1 service and highly recommended.

Came here after an awful experience with vision express and got an absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. One of the ladies spent around 10-15 minutes with me trying to find my perfect frames. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
