The Compound Room

Joined the compound room over 5 years ago and haven’t looked back . The knowledge and expertise James and Edel have are unparalleled. I’ve have completed every phase with amazing results. Everyone within the gym are very friendly and one big family. Edel and James are not only amazing mentors but have become very good friends also. Xx
