I first went to see Rachael to seek help with my long covid symptoms. Previously, I had been really struggling, wasn’t getting any joy through my doctors and was just left waiting months on end for different referrals which didn’t seem to be going anywhere. Before my first appointment my worst symptoms were chronic migraines and severe body/muscle pain. Nothing would even take the edge off and i was miserable from not being able to sleep from all the pain. Rachael was so reassuring in that first appointment, she listened really intently and was kind and considerate. The treatment has worked so much better than I could have even expected, nowadays I’m virtually pain free and have come so far with other symptoms too. I’ve been able to take back so much of my life thanks to Rachael, my only regret is not starting sooner! 😅 I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone considering acupuncture, 10/10 service.

I could not recommend enough, Rachel is absolutely wonderful! I have PCOS and have been having fertility and period issues for years, and after two month with Rachel, I have a normal cycle for the first time in my life and after two long years of trying I am pregnant!!
