I booked my BMW 5series 520d today 11:00am morning. Fixed issue return car 5:00pm same day. Geat and help ful staff. Young lady deal with me. My car making noise in bottom. I was thinking maybe timing chain or anything else big job. They are very very honest and kind. car machinic find out it is exhaust issue.He fixed my car issue and charge me very cheap labour. I’ve had a problem with my air conditioning that 2 other garages didn’t know how to fix. Took my car here and it was fixed within a day. They’re really friendly too and kept me informed along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Best garage in Liverpool, if you are looking for somewhere you can trust to leave your car this is the right place, i went to many garages in Liverpool for my car Volvo S90 2018 having egr valve problem and most off them turn me back said they cant do it and many of them they didnt even care or speak with me or show any good customer service and they ask for so much money they didnt even tell me what they need to do or change , this garage knows what they doing they are very professional on their job , they told me excatly what is the problem and how much is the part and they fix my car in same day they promissed , i would give more than 5 star if i can , i will be always going the this garage , very nice team, very nice owners , Thank you so much for the service .

Near side rear suspension collapsed, rang garage in a panic and they said bring it straight in. Fixed next day. V reasonable labour cost even showed me the part cost invoice. Excellent service would use again. Thanks!
