Unit3 Design Studio

Exceptional work by martin and the unit3 team. we commissioned unit3 to re-design the ground floor of our house. the brief included making the layout more sociable, bringing more light into the house and improving the connection with the rear garden. we wanted the design to be simple but stylish and to work within the existing footprint of the house. we didn't want a standard 'knock-through' hence why we chose to commission an architect. martin was really easy to work with and clearly understood what sort of style we were after. the 3d cad images and virtual headset images really helped us to visualise his plans. the 10 week build was straightforward with very little changing from the original plan. martin was there through the whole process and worth every penny! the end result is everything we wanted and has the wow factor only an architect can bring. thank you!
