I have never been so shocked in my whole life at how rude the lady was that I spoke to over a Facebook message to the shops Facebook account. To begin with she was available and willing to help. But suddenly changed to.. “as I said before” at the start of her messages in a very short and snappy manner to then finally telling me she’s fully booked anyway! Wasting my whole day talking to her when I could have been shopping elsewhere if I’d have known she was fully booked.baring in mind I told her the date I needed the cake for in the very first message. Customer service was shocking! Time waster.

Thank you Claire for our wonderful 60th birthday celebration cake. This cake travelled 126 miles in up to 37 degrees, in an hour traffic jam. Everyone loved this very tasty cake and was gone in no time...thank you!😊

I've had cakes from here twice now and WOW absolutely amazing. Perfect designs exactly what I asked for will be using them all the time from now on. The girls in there r fabulous really friendly and excellent customer service. Thanks alot xx

had cupcakes done for my lads 13th bday wow beautiful presentation all gift wrapped & the cakes themselves were gorgeous totally recommend thanks cake boutique just had more cakes for my lads 16th totally perfection wudnt go any were else presentation gift wrapped is outstanding thanks cake boutique

Thank you so much to the staff here for making a lovely Minnie Mouse cake for our daughter. We didn't give them much notice but they provided us with a beautiful cake. Highly recommended and always good to support a local business.
