I cracked the screen on my pixel 3a phone while travelling in liverpool and walked into ismash to see whether they had a screen in stock, and would be able to do the repair. constantin checked my model, found me the correct screen, understood my urgency (travelling and very little time) and was able to repair the phone within 45 minutes as he promised. he was courteous, professional, and helpful. i had also lost my phone charger, so he helped me to pick out a suitable replacement. i have used the charger overnight for the first time, and it is a very good charger. all in all, constantin provided good advice, and excellent service. thank you so very much.

Manchester was fully booked so i’ve booked liverpool which was available. it’s not that far in the car i arrived. the manager was really friendly. my camera on my iphone 12 is completely broke i was recommended by apple £350 i’m not paying that! the managed to get the cameras work in. it cost me £99. i’m so happy the service was outstanding. i would recommend any iphone repairs. if you want a quick service go to liverpool he had it done in 45 min great service would recommend to everybody.
