I also had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting this gentlemen in Santa Maria Maggiore this year, at the International Professional Chimney Sweep Gathering. Had a bird stuck in the chimney... Tony came round the next day, did an excellent job and left the room cleaner than when he started! Also added a cowl to the chimney pot. Very knowledge, hard working and professional. Highly recommended.

We booked Flue Check in to come in October. They asked to reschedule for the end of November, we agreed. The date came & nobody turned up. Only after following up on the day, we were told they had a gas leak on another job to deal with. 11 days later, and we have had zero contact from them. Not a professional way to deal with a customer - you can easily update and keep people informed in this day and age.

Booked a chimney sweep and check about 3 weeks ago. I texted the day before to check all still okay to turn up - I received no reply. He didn't turn up on the day. tried to call since and no reply. So poor, and now put me back about 4 weeks trying to get the job sorted.
