Mei Mei Chinese Restaurant

One of the best chinese sit down kinda restaurant in the country, i might say. the roast duck was stunning, lovely spice and tenderness of the duck meat. great service, the staffs were very attentive and quick response to most of things :)

I ate at mei mei many time good foods and service

Our first visit to this chinese restaurant. they serve dim sum throughout the day, which is brilliant. the quality of the dim sum was excellent and served hot. we were let down by other dishes; eggs fried rice (please look at the photo, you can hardly see any eggs); roast duck (it was freezing cold and fatty); kung po chicken (again very cold and literally just slapped with bean sauce). the service was not attentive. having said that, if you are looking for dim sum, this is a restaurant for you. otherwise, there are plenty of alternatives.

My son and i had a very nice dinner. service was good, food was good, and there were many large groups having a great time. one large open dining room was a bit noisy. we ordered the fixed meal and enjoyed everything. service was well paced for a relaxed, long dinner.

Day trip to liverpool and fancied eating in the famous china town area. this restaurant is just on the edge of it and was really busy, always a good sign. despite how busy they were, the service was fairly fast. the food is great, good value and generous portions. will definitely visit again next time we are in liverpool.
