I am giving a 5 star review to the team at bell lamb and joynson. i was the executor of my beloved dad's will and the team dealt with probate and a transfer of equity for me. i give a special big shout out to joe connor and lawrence dunne whom i personally dealt with and were both excellent, although the wider team include jess and talitha too - all so professional. joe and lawrence liaised with me keeping me updated of any developments, returning phone calls promptly and amazingly meeting the tight deadlines due to the other party's mortage offer time limit. i can't thank them enough and would definately recommend bell lamb and joynson.
