Called for emergency appt due to filling falling out and one was arranged for the next morning. dentist and colleague were lovely - friendly and professional. my filling was sorted efficiently. thank you!

Attended the dental house today, the first time since covid, i had an emergency appointment to have an extraction. to say i was nervous is an understatement!, however, the dentist who i saw, ( i didn’t get his name as i was that scared), was brilliant, put me at my ease quite quickly, and really took his time reassuring me. i have used this practice in the past and always had excellent care. would definitely recommend especially for nervous patients. thank you 😊

From my very first consultation the service i received was amazing. dr chiggs and the dental nurses were exceptional. having a fear of dentists and needles i’m not an easy patient to deal with, but through my journey, i’ve been able to overcome my fears and now have a perfect smile. words can’t describe how happy i am with the service from all the team.

Recently had to undergo intricate root canal treatment to a tooth to save my 'bridge'. i arranged an initial consultation with sam johnson (endodontist) and a couple of weeks later booked in to have the work done. the root canal work was a success and the tooth saved . sam throughout the lengthy process made me feel at ease and kept me updated about how it was progressing throughout the treatment. i would like to thank sam and the rest of the team and staff at the dental house for the treatment and service they provided. i would definitely recommend them.

I have a really serious needle phobia. rick the dentist was lovely really took the time to go though bmy medial history and it's kinda complex. he put me at ease was very understanding. i felt heard like he cared about my opinions and what i thought was going on in my body i have unfortunately found that to be rare. very nice friendly understanding and great attention to detail.
