I can highly recommend Martyn to help you with any breed of dog or any problems you maybe having with them . Martyn is extremely knowledgeable and patient, he takes the time to listen to you and evaluate your dog , he understands that dogs just like us each have their own personality and quirks and that there isn’t a generic way to train and help your dog reach its full potential. He’s helped me with a variety of problems with different dogs over the years and even if it’s been the same “ problem “ with different dogs he’s found the best way to help that dog understand what is needed from them to push onto better things He also takes the time to explain to you what is happening, why it’s happening and the ways to help , he’s not afraid to go back to the drawing board if plan A doesn’t help and will work his socks off to help you both become the great team your meant to be

Martyn at Liverpool K9 is a miracle worker !!! I have been going to Martyn for years with my dogs of all types of breeds and he is outstanding. His professionalism, his manner, his passion towards his role is top standard. He has helped me gain confidence and knowledge. Martyn has the best experience with training dogs. Trained my German Shepard here, we are in full control of our boy and this wouldn’t have been achievable without going to K9 academy. As young first time dog owners me and my boyfriend were apprehensive going to dog training classes with such a big dog but Martyn made us feel very welcome and settled. Would recommend to anyone!

We came away from our first session with Martyn with so much knowledge and confidence in handling Otto the Rottweiler who we are hoping to adopt. We’ve been very unsure about how to move forwards with welcoming him into our home but after our training session we feel much more confident that we now know how to do it. Martyn’s session was exactly what we needed and feel so happy now to implement all the guidance from Martyn into improving Otto’s behaviour and transition into our home. He has so much knowledge about dog’s behaviour and temperaments 🌟

Excellent.. A very hyperactive and stubborn German Shepherd pup.. difficult to walk on a lead. Within a few minutes with Martyn, she was completely transformed. An obedient well behaved puppy. Back from her first session, a few hours at home now and still as calm and collected as she was this morning during her lesson. Amazing.
