5 Star Dry Cleaners

Excellent 5 ***** Service.

Took 6 T-shirts, a polo, and a Jacket to be dry cleaned. Came to collect a week later, paid the fella, and took them home, only to find my Missoni T-shirt was not there! Went back fella said he'd have a look and give me a call, as it was 100% there ! No call after a over a week, not a care in the world, and simply no apology or refund for the top. Will be taking this further as this is an absolute joke! Do not go to this dry cleaners if you want all your clothes back! No number online, so asked for their number in the shop and they dont even have a phone, not even a price list either, if that is not suspicious, I dont know what is! Absolute joke!!!

I have been using this dry cleaners for years. They’re a well established family run business who cannot do enough for you. I went in recently with some bits and John the owner gave me a load of dry cleaning that I had left there prior to lockdown and forgotten about. Can’t recommend them enough.

**AMAZING** Recently went into 5 star dry cleaners to try and find a suite that was lost for over 9months I've previously used this dry cleaners and always been happy, so entered with hope that they may help look. The lady went through every rack in the shop along with another lady and managed to find my suite and shirt! This suite cost a fortune so am absolutely made up to have it back and am so grateful to the ladies and the shop for holding and taking care of it, and also the great staff effort to help find after being left so long!! Nothing but respect 5*
