MDA went beyond the expected by ordering a non-availability item and continued to check its back order. It was impossible to get the correct part online and I had tried and failed waiting over 3 months. I finally got a call that MDA had managed to get the stock. Their engineer was booked and attended to fit, all working again. Couldn’t recommend these guys any more!

Rang you on Saturday morning, your staff gave me advice on checking the belt 1st, if ok check to see if does full cycle , no would not spin. Rang back your staff advise to check motor after it wasn't spinning check bushes next lot of information,and what to look for. Arrived at shop explain problems. Staff sorted bushes out for me. Fitted put together all working fine. Thank you for your support and advice for repair to beko washing machine.

I called into the shop today with a belt off a Hoover washing machine. Brilliant shop engineer came in and asked me a few questions about how the belt came off, then asked a couple of questions about the machine. Gave me some tips about how to check to see if it was about a part holding the drum in place. Didn't charge me a penny and when I checked machine it was exactly as he said. Not the belt at all. He gave me some great advice about new detergents and low temp washes that cause parts to corrode very quickly. Very knowledgeable people and excellent service here. I have always bought belts off them for Dyson vacuum cleaners. Great shop

Excellent service and very knowledgable. Repaired what we thought was a broken washing machine destined for the scrap heap in no time at all. Will definately be going here again and recommending to others
