This company and Chris are fantastic. Chris came out immediately and got my Bosch machine working again in no time. Penny Lane are the most reliable and reasonably priced company I have ever used. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Chris was great. Responded to voicemail within the hour, came round the next day, fixed the problem within minutes and very reasonable charge. Also, thanks to him noticing that my Hotpoint Tumble Dryer was one of the ones on the recall, now getting a spanky new one at no cost, which I wouldn't have known! Highly recommend Chris.

I was charged a very fair price for a washing machine repair. The engineer wore a mask and carried anti bac wipes which was reassuring. The job was done quickly and efficiently as I had informed them of the problem beforehand.I was given a receipt (paid by credit card) and a guarantee for the repair as well, something we do not often see these days. The engineer was very pleasant and efficient and I would recommend his services based on my experience.

I called Christopher at about 8:30 today to ask for an emergency call-out for our Indesit washing machine that started overflowing. He said he'd be there in the afternoon and arrived at around 12:30, within 20 minutes he had diagnosed the issue, which was actually an issue for a plumber! Christopher charged me an incredibly reasonable price for the work, and gave me the number of a trusted plumber too! I was really impressed with Christopher, and would highly recommend him!
