Phoned Paul after 5pm explained my elderly parents washing machine error/fault. Paul was out by 12 pm next day job done. Absolutely 100%recommended service, professionalism, and genuinely nice guy.

Phoned Paul on Thursday late afternoon as our washing machine wasn’t working,he gave us things to try to save on the call out fee,told us to ring back if problem still persists,it did Paul rang me back with prices for parts etc we made the decision to just get a new one.Paul supplied and fitted a new one yesterday(Tuesday)he was polite,explained everything removed old machine and left our kitchen spotless thank you so much Paul would highly recommend and use you again ⭐️

Wow amazing service. Speedy response, friendly and professional. When the parts needed to repair the washing machine were expensive a replacement was supplied and fitted the next day and cost less than could be found on the Internet. I would highly recommend.

Unusual machine but Paul took it in his stride arrived promptly identified the issue very quickly (having not worked on a machine like this before), removed back cover fixed it in 15 minutes. I had tried four other firms but no-one else wished to take this job on. I would highly recommend this firm for appliance repair - fantastic service !!
