Writing on behalf of Kathleen - Excellent service from start to finish. I called after all my downstairs sockets stopped not working, I was talked through all steps to resolve the matter and saved me a lot of money in the process. Very patient and brilliant service. I dont usually leave reviews but had to because Paul and Kate have done a fantastic job! Paul was readily available from the moment I contacted him right to the end of the job. His knowledge is vast and in depth; the most knowledgeable electrician i have met. He kept me informed throughout the job of what his plan was, how he was going to carry out the job, what the end result would be and any problems encountered. Some of my electrical work proved challenging but Kate and Paul both used their expertise to find a solution. I have already recommended Paul and Kate to my family and friends. I would definitely use their services again.

Woke up this morning to no power in the house - very problematic when working from home! I went online and searched for emergency electricians and went for the top rated local spark…and I’m so glad I did!! I called at 6:30am, Paul was out within the hour and within 90 minutes, the fault was found and fixed. Paul was really friendly and reassuring, and explained what he was doing as he went through it. He was respectful of the property, used appropriate language to explain things (I’ve had tradespeople in the past be quite condescending but Paul was the exact opposite) and was generally an all round superb tradesperson to have in my home. I would 100% recommend Paul, and would have no hesitation calling him again should I need to. Massive thanks!

Paul and Kate came to our home when we needed an electrician the most,all the electrics had tripped . They where quick and efficient and very professional They both took pride in there work.. I will recommend V and A Burgess to all our friends and Family in the future.. I know from experience they would do a good job and have every confidence in them.

Emergency call out over the weekend following 1/2 the power and lighting in the house switching off. Paul was professional and kept me up to date prior to his his arrival and resolved the issue quickly. Would happily recommend and use him again.
