From the start of the process Rob was brilliant. I called and left some information when I was considering selling a rental property I no longer wanted. My tenant moved out and 1 day later Rob called and asked me to send some pictures over because he might have some interest. I snapped a few pics and the next day Rob had a buyer with an acceptable offer without even listing it online. The process was difficult due to my property being in a conservation area and an older property, but all’s well that ends well and it sold.
