Pretty decent fish and chips, i especially liked the gravy, as odd as that is for an american. if it’s busy, it can take 10-15+ minutes to get your food.

Wow 👏 had fish and chips in so many places but this was by far the best fish chips and peas i've ever had. the fish was massive and really crispy as were the chips and the peas were perfect. the curry wasn't to my taste but that wouldn't stop me from going here again. both my partner and myself will definitely be making a future trips to town just to go here. see you soon!

How to recognize a good place to eat? see that almost all the time, the place is booked! we went to johnny english and were not disappointed. the food is freshly cooked, portions are huge, all served with a smile and a polite recommendation. i can't wait to go back and i recommend a visit whenever in liverpool.

Staff were kind, friendly and chatty. it was a nice clean and open chippy. i ordered fish chips and curry with a coke. the chips were perfect - soft and crunchy. i am fussy with my chips. the batter for the fish was light and crunchy. this was perfect as the fish was not oily and greasy. the curry sauce was really nice too. i loved the curry sauce. my cousin really enjoyed his chips and sausage! a place i would easily visit again. just writing this makes me hungry for more 🤩🤤🤤
