Writing to extend our heartfelt thanks to Richard and the rest of the team at Jenkins. Richard had a warm, friendly and relaxed manner, which put us at ease at this difficult time. At no time did we feel pushed into an expensive package, and the service was professional and highly organized. We were gently guided through all the necessary steps and the funeral itself was a warm and positive celebration of Dad/Grandpa's life. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors enough. When you are going through the worst time, they are there to support and guide you. Their knowledge is second to none. They took the pressure and stress out of what is the most difficult time a family can go through. From organising the funeral arrangements, to visiting at the chapel, arranging to bring my dad home, and the day of the funeral, they were amazing, full credit to them all, not only did they take care of my dad, but also looked after us as a family. Highly recommend these wonderful people.

There are literally not enough words to being to describe the respect, dignity and care everyone here showed us and our dad Jimmy, when he passed away. It was a long road but his funeral was on the 6th October. Not only did they take extra special care of our beloved dad, but they were very helpful with our questions even when it wasn't regarding the funeral. When you walk through the door you get a sense of calm, we knew straight away we made the right decision bringing our dad there. For a funeral directors the place is beautiful. On behalf of my sister and I we want to thank everyone for the amazing send off they helped us give dad.

We could not have asked for a better service than what Shannon and Richard delivered. The caring and support you gave was outstanding. You always answered your phone and answered any questions we had. The horse drawn carriage looked beautiful, and Shannon helped us to find the perfect resting place for our daughter. We appreciate the high degree of organisation and expertise RSJ provided. Massive thanks from all of us.

My family and those i know have and will only ever trust Jenkins to take care of lost loved ones. Shannon and all the guys at RSJ on Allerton road are some of the most caring and compassionate people you will meet. The whole team make such a difficult and bewildering time in your life a whole lot easier to navigate with their kindness, knowledge, guidance and professionalism. Myself and and the rest of my family would never recommend any other than RSJ to take care of you, your family, and more importantly your loved one.
