Charlie took a call from me even while he was on holiday. he called me back the day he got back (hope he didn't get in trouble for this) and came on the weekend to sort my garage door out. after resolving the issue (my tension cable had snapped) he insisted on further working to resolve some grinding and a squeaking noise when the door opened and talked me through his recommendations on keeping my garage door in good shape. charlie was very friendly and professional at the same time and only charged me as much as he mentioned on the phone even though he went above and beyond too. thanks charlie.
