The Gym Group Liverpool One

From the moment i joined this gym the staff were welcoming and warm and they make the whole gym journey better and put you at ease. not to mention the incredible views and diverse equipment, the private section which allows me to carry out any activity i please. such a friendly atmosphere and genuinely one of my favourite places to be.

Nice light, airy gym. really good use of the space available. good selection of equipment, a bit limited in terms of lifting platforms (i'd recommend using liverpool central for that), but otherwise great. the highlight was definitely the fact this gym was tidy, i never had to search for a plate or dumbbell - amazing!

With 3 floors to choose from this gym has so much space and lots of equipment to choose from. being going here for a year now and i absolutely love it. the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out with anything you need. special shout out to helen she’s more than amazing and personally my hun experience wouldn’t be the same had she not been there with me.

I joined a few months back and i am so pleased i did i wouldn’t go another gym now, the staff are so friendly, the view is amazing while i complete my work out and it’s always clean and tidy! another problem i had in another local gym before i moved to this one was the toilet roll & hand wash but i have never had a problem with this in l1 it’s always filled up! it’s the best gym about

Amazing gym.. with best equipments and amazing view. just refreshes your body and soul. much recommended. with gym membership- you can also enroll to there full body workout sessions. 🙌🏻
