I never write reviews, but I have signed up for a Google account just to write this one. This salon deserves the recognition. I had my first colouring experience at Rosser, with Lydia. I cannot express how brilliant the entire experience was. All of the girls are so welcoming. Lydia spent over half an hour discussing what I wanted and showing me examples. I went into the salon with a rough idea of what I liked and she advised me regarding how it could be achieved, and alternative options. I ended up going for something I didn't expect, based on Lydia's expertise and recommendation. I am so glad I did. She gave me clear and honest advice and I didn't feel rushed or pressured, whatsoever. I have never had a hairdresser spend so much time discussing the process with me, before getting started. I felt completely at ease. Throughout the whole appointment, I was given general advice about maintaining my colour and Lydia kept me updated as to what she was doing. All of the women working in the salon are so courteous and friendly. I was topped up with drinks all afternoon and I felt pampered. The younger girls helping out really didn't miss a trick and were so accommodating. Lydia clearly loves what she does, and it shows. The end result was beautiful and so many people have commented on the condition of my hair. I have been looking for a hair dresser in South Liverpool for a while, as I have had a number of average experiences. Rosser are my new go to salon, and I can honestly say it is the best experience I have had at any hair dresser (and I have been to many!). Already looking forward to my next Christmas appointment - Thanks so much. X

I have been using the Greatlength in different countries. I came to Rosser to get my colour and extensions done after looking for an "Elite" salon, and the team was amazing. The results is perfect and seamless. Definitely worth the trip to the UK!

Absolutely brilliant. From incredibly friendly staff, amazing advice, recommendations and breath taking results I cannot recommend Rosser hairdressing anymore. I had a brilliant colour and hair cut from Beverly, and i was left speechless. Like I said to the whole team, I have never gone to an hair salon and got what I’ve asked for, or even close to the pic I’ve shown them. For once I left an amazing salon with a smile on my face without the need to rush home and fix what’s been done. Thank you Beverly, and the entire team.

Had a consultation and haircut after realising I've had some hair loss over the last 6 months. Sarina was so helpful - clearly knew what she was talking about and gave great advice. Not felt this good about my hair in a long time and she gave me hope that it can actually look nice! The salon is gorgeous and Molly who washed my hair was also lovely :) can't wait to go back.
