Helping Hands Home Care Aintree

My experience so far has been excellent. I am employed with Helping Hands as a Branch Care Manager, and from interview right through to being in my own branch, everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. There is great team culture here.

The care my mum and brother receive from Helping Hands is excellent and such a refreshing change. The continuity of care they receive has greatly improved there control over their insulin controlled diabetes.This also goes a long way with my mum as she has Alzheimer's ! One carer goes above and beyond her duties of which I thank you Kath. Please keep up the good work you all do .

I needed care for my elderly mother, initially to give me piece of mind that she is ok when Im not there. Unfortunately she has deteriorated a little over time and needs assistance more and more. The care team at helping hands have been great, nothing is too much trouble and they are fully able to adapt the care provided to suit her needs. I cannot thank you enough for all of the hep and support given to both me and my mum.

I started using Helping Hands in September 2022 to help the family provide ongoing care and support for my elderley father (95) who wishes to remain living at home for as long as possible. To-date the care visits he has received have been first rate. The carers always approach their work in a very positive, kind and respectful manner with a smile on their face. They are also happy to work with you when you need to reschedule visits due to changing circumstances.
