H. Samuel

I came into H Samuel ( Liverpool One) on Sunday 6th August for ear piercing and was served by Liv. There was five of us including three children and Liv made us all feel welcome and was warm and friendly. She explained the procedure clearly and straight away put me at ease. Her customer service was excellent, a real asset to your company. Despite it being half hour until closing time, she never made us feel rushed or unwelcome, completely the opposite. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service!

Sophie J was the lovely lady who served me at H. Samuel store in Liverpool 1 where I bought a Casio watch. Sophie, is without a doubt an attribute to your company, with great personable skills and overall delivered service you should expect from anyone working in a customer facing role. She even took the time to adjust the watch a few times to suit me. The store has also been upgraded since I last went in, and it's certainly a warmer and more welcoming environment.
