I highly recommend lishai. very honest, very quick, very professional and quality work. he came out super quickly. within less than 2 minutes of arriving he said he had worked out the potential issue. he said it was easily fixable, and that if his initial diagnosis was correct, that we wouldn't need a new lock. i had researched the problem before he arrived, and when we initially asked him for the quote, i had said that he might need to carve out a new area in the wooden door for a new lock. this is because the (mortice) lock was old and a size that is not really available anymore. i was really surprised that instead, lishai said our current lock was very good quality and that it wouldn't need replacing/that it was easy to fix. he literally could have told us anything (eg that we needed a new lock etc) and we wouldn't have known. instead we only had to pay the fee for his time. which was £70. so impressed by his honesty and efficiency.

Arrived on time, straight into work. first job was very fiddly and second was quite straight forward. very tidy and showed me the work. polite and easy to get along with. good work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again and highly recommend
