I would recommend jenny to anyone, fantastic advice and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are well. i have been unable to stick to one person but jenny is the best and is my go to person for any problems. professional and great techniques. personally, the best in liverpool.

After going to so many awful physios and sports massage therapists, i found jenny, and she is amazing. not only did she help sort my original issues, she's helped me understand my body better to avoid further injuries. i've been seeing her for almost a year now, and i've seen massive improvements in all aspects of my training. i'd recommend her to anyone who asks!

Jenny is very personable and professional, and has treated me for over 4 years on a range of issues. in that time jenny has continued to develop her own knowledge and she now is able to incorporate other treatment techniques such as dry needling which has helped my long term shoulder injury. i can't recommend jenny highly enough.

Jenny's helped me through a couple of injuries in the past an i'm now thankfully at a stage where i'm injury and pain free so this visit was mainly for maintenance. jenny managed to find and work on a few troublesome areas i was unaware of untill she began to work on them. i'm in no doubt they would have led to problems down the line if untreated so the visit was definitely worthwhile. as always jenny was friendly and informative and happy to answer questions. i left feeling far more comfortable and generally less knotted and stressed than when i arrived. thanks jenny
