I was a bit apprehensive of using Simpson Millar for my house purchase - purely because they are a pretty big firm and I was worried the “personal touch” would be lost. However, I couldn’t have been further from the truth! My file was allocated to Rachael McClean in the Southport office and she was superb. Responsive to all emails and calls and provided clear direction and timescales. The sale was problematic at times (as they often are) and Rachael dealt with it promptly and fought our corner to make sure all points were covered. A fabulous service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Simpson Millar, and specifically Rachael, in future.
