My wife and I first used J&M Green Mortgage Services about 5 years ago, so when it came to remortgage this year I didn't hesitate to call Martin for help (especially with the current mortgage rate situation). Martin is a really nice person to deal with, he's always so knowledgeable and helpful about the products and services he offers, and always gives the best advice to suit your needs. He takes time to talk you through all your options, but also get to know you and it's more like you're going to see a friend when you visit him at the office. He kept us updated on the progress of the mortgage throughout (sometimes a couple of times a day) and nothing was too much trouble. First time buyers, we really had no clue how to buy a house. Stuart was so helpful, made everything so easy, explained everything to us, did all the hard work. He showed us our options, and said more might come up, but we were happy with the initial one he found so went for it. Four months from our appointment with Stuart we had moved in.
