Honestly the best, most helpful, broker you could use. extremely thorough and it is not put out having to explain things in simply, easy to understand language, for people unsure what things mean in reality. very responsive to queries and guidance on how to deal with other elements of getting a home. got us the best deal possible and considerably less percentage than some of our friends ended up locked into. we didn't really have to do a thing as ian and michelle sorted everything! do not think of going anywhere else, you don't need to! i will never go anywhere else for mortgage advice. thank you ian and michelle!
