Always treated like family here. everybody seems to enjoy working here which makes it a lovely atmosphere and place to have my eyes tested and glasses repaired and or replaced. staff help sort out and repair glasses as well.

Aged 39 and having never needed glasses before, i detected a noticeable decline whilst reading and undertaking screen work over the course of 6 months. after a full and thorough eye test, the team at silverberg reassured me that there was no major underlying issue and that there were some minor issues that would be corrected by mid vision lens’. the prospect of needing to spend the majority of my waking hours wearing glasses seemed a bit alien but after consultation with (the exceptionally helpful and friendly) colin, i was able to choose a pair of frames that i’m very happy with. the difference the glasses have made is enormous and reading is once again a pleasure. i cannot recommend silverberg opticians enough. exemplary customer service!

I use silverberg’s opticians all the time and every time i have attended over the past few years, their standard of service has never wavered. a warm welcome is always assured. clinically, the optician is excellent, thorough and reassuring. today i decided on new specs and the lovely colin was there to advise me on what frames would suit me. i would just like to say a huge thank you to all the team for their kindness and professionalism on yet another positive visit. i would highly recommend this opticians if anyone has never attended before. i wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently had a full eye test with two new glasses. i can honestly say the eye test and glasses are the best i have had in years. unbelievable i can now see clearly again!!! this is an excellent company. you pay for what you get when you use discount eye tests and glasses. supverbergs are quality!!!

I have been a customer of silverberg’s for many years and wouldn’t consider purchasing eyewear anywhere else as their customer service is second to none. well, didn’t my loyalty pay me well! during a routine examination the diligence of emma, the young optometrist, revealed that i had suffered a detached retina. she referred me immediately to hospital and within 12 hours i had emergency eye surgery. my surgeon informed me that early diagnosis had undoubtedly increased my chances of a full recovery. i am indebted to siverberg opticians.
