Jacqui is very helpful and gave a very very good customer service. I went to the optical shop today because of my spectacles got bent really bad, and she approached me and helped me to fix it right away. Thank you so much Jacqui. This really made my day :)

I would’ve given it a 5/5 because of the experience with this branch. However, after the change in employees, some of the employees aren’t as friendly and are a lot colder towards the customers. My mum was trying her best for an eye test but the optician was very annoyed. People age.

My husband has autism and struggles with various things. A lovely lady called Helen helped us on Friday 30/6/23. She was amazing. Very understanding and friendly. A credit to your team.

5 star experience at Vision Express Liverpool Store. Everyone was friendly, chatty and cheerful. Eye tests were undertaken timely and professionally. Fitting for glasses by Helen was amazing, she went above and beyond and tract down the glasses I wanted and had them sent from head office, within 24 hours. Fabulous experience, highly recommend!!
