Bright Orthodontics - Liverpool

I can't praise Bright Orthodontics highly enough. When my daughter was in severe pain due to a broken brace (not fitted by them), they really went the extra mile to help her. The NHS emergency line and my daughter's registered dentist were sending us round in circles. Thank god I tried phoning Bright and got through to Angie (a true angel)! She listened, showed real concern, gave us helpful information, spoke to the orthodontist, and always got back to us as promised. Meanwhile Puthri went out of her way to speak to people at the NHS and did everything possible to arrange treatment, which was quick, thorough and super professional. As a result my daughter's pain has gone and she finally has her smile back! All the staff at the clinic were really friendly, answered all our questions and explained what was going to happen at every stage. Just brilliant! We can't wait to go back!

Came in today to get my daughters braces fitted. Julie and Michelle couldn’t have been more welcoming and so kind. Made the whole experience so calm and relaxed as my daughter was so nervous. Amazing place, with lovely kind and caring staff

Amazing!! I had my braces fitter today by Dr Puthri Raphy, she is the best of the best, not one thing is a problem. Any questions I’ve had or going to have are always answered, I have been made to feel so welcome and I feel I have got the best service possible. All of the staff members can’t do enough to help you. Couldn’t recommend Dr Puthri Raphy and her team enough. Looking forward to my next visit :)

My son had his brace fitted today both Katie & Megan made us feel very comfortable and were really friendly too. They also explained everything so well too :-)

My son attends bright orthodontists, he currently has braces, my son has ASD and special needs and he is always made to feel comfortable, the receptionist are always welcoming and they make it a positive environment to enter and Katie his orthodontist always makes time to explain everything to him and will allow him plenty of time to ask questions which makes the experience positive for him. She communicates with him throughout his appointment. She is brilliant and after every appointment he always comments about how nice Katie is to him, which helps to ease my sons anxiety. Bright orthodontist is an amazing place especially with regards to working with young people with additional needs. Would recommend bright orthodontists to anyone definitely worth a 5 stars review.
