Been here for a very long two and a half years, but luckily I was put with a kind and caring nurse who always remembered what I said each week and did the best she could. People shouldn’t moan at them when it takes so long each mouth is different and sometimes it may take time, they’re just doing there jobs and Chloe was there each month without fail and was always giving a positive aura. Thanks for all the hard work over the years, and thanks for the team who evidently knew my name at the end! Haha cheers

missed one appointment as little girl has been off school sick. Told next available appointment is in 6 months as they have no staff. In the mean time I am stuck with braces doing nothing and rubbing on my gums! No staff means no appointment for missing 1 whilst child is off school? I'm paying full price for top and bottom. I have holidays booked and was promised whitened too! if you are roped in with they'll make it great for your wedding / event you want to make sure you actually can be booked in

Everyone we came into contact was really helpful, open and honest. The ladies fitting the brace on the day were brilliant with my son, making sure he was comfortable and putting him at ease. The choice of colours he had to fit to his brace were great and a great touch for kids.

This place is an absolute disgrace after being took over. They have cancelled my daughters appointment 5 times to get her braces took off. After her waiting another 45 minutes to be seen again they have just told her they can’t take them off again and she has to make another appointment. This is disgusting after paying upfront for braces.

Really disappointed in the Liverpool brace place. I was really looking forward to starting my treatment. I had a appointment booked and paid £50. Then got a phone call to say that they need to changed my appointment because a error on there side (was informed that the dentist is closed that day even though they confirmed the appointment and took my money). I had a texted reminder to confirm my appointment with Liverpool brace place. Which I fully intended to attend. But I wasn't aware that this was for two separate appointments both of which where on different days. And the only text reminder I received was for few days after the first appointment. Was told on the phone that I will have to restart my booking including payment all because of the Liverpool brace place changed my appointment and didn't inform correctly about both appointments. They didn't offer to reschedule seeing as this wasn't entirely my fault and an more then willing to start my treatment. All in all was left disappointed There are many places I can receive excellent treatment in Liverpool. Shame the Liverpool brace place will not be one of them.
