Turret Orthodontics Aintree

Unfortunately what started as a good experience for my NHS referral for my son and daughter has gone rapidly downhill. I understand they are understaffed - yet it seems they continue to take on new clients. We have experienced repeated cancellations (sometimes without even being notified of a cancellation). Due to one such cancellation, my son is now having to wait 7 months between appointments which will delay his treatment and no doubt affect his outcome. If I could leave I would - but we're in it now. I suspect their private clients don't experience this kind of poor service, but as an NHS client they just seem to expect us to put up with it. They are being paid for this service by us via the NHS.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional call handler by the name of Anna. After refusing to give me a managers name and hanging the phone up on me and accusing me of shouting ( which i didn't ) she just didnt like the fact i was asking for a manager, I then called back to ironically have her answer again and only then she gave me the name Beatrice O'brien. Who she said was sitting alongside her throughout the whole call !! If this is true they both need retraining on how to correctly speak and deal with the public especially Anna. Disgraceful service and would not recommend. Also all that Anna was interested in was what the managers name was at Riverside dental park road who was the person who said I should complain to the project manager at Aintree in the first place as they have not informed there patients that they are not operating there for 3 weeks & many people have turned up at Riverside complaining or simply trying to get an answer to this situation ( myself included ) as no calls where getting answered and no letter sent to inform us of this apparently according to Anna there old receptionist has given wrong dates for the practice so now my daughter has to wait another month to be seen after waiting 2 months already! She told me my appointment didn't even exist!!!??? What was made 2 months prior! Disgusting all round no matter who is to blame and a refusal of giving a managers name is unprofessional, terrible communication and clearly patients aren't a priority.

Turret have been amazing during my 18-month Invisalign journey. Throughout the entire treatment period, Aimee has been my dedicated point of contact, consistently providing swift responses to all my questions. Extremely happy with my results. I recommend turret to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Took my grandson Alfie for his appointment only to be told it was cancelled, I took him because his mum and dad were working and I was off . Alfie also took day off work, they said they had no details for him to contact him ! They have his mother's email as he is only 17.there must of been at least 8 people behind reception all chatting away ,after I told them I wasn't happy they made him a new appointment which was 22nd October. When in the car my grandaughter said this appointment was for a Sunday. I tried to call them more than 6times ringing for 10min each time , and all those people behind reception could not answer. After finally getting through she said his appointment waS for 22 November but card said October so this would have been another waisted journey. This is not the only issue he's had on arrival. These need some serious training if they can't even do a simple appointment right. So glad I'm not a patient.

Called Turret's to ask about their teeth whitening treatment. The woman I spoke to on the phone (think her name was Vikki) was terrific, she was really knowledgeable and kind, and had all the time in the world for my stupid questions. She was even able to get me booked in for a treatment sooner than I had hoped. 5 star customer service.
